Do I need DLT registration for Bulk SMS?+
Yes, TRAI requires every business sending promotional or transactional SMS/voice messages in India to be DLT registered. We handle entity registration, Sender ID and template approval through our DLT Support Services.
Can I use my own brand name as the Sender ID?+
Yes, you can register a custom 6-character Sender ID (e.g., EVINFO) so your SMS messages appear from your brand instead of a random number.
Do you provide WhatsApp Business API with the green tick?+
We help you apply for Meta's official Business verification, but approval and timing are decided by Meta, not by us.

Is payment through PhonePe secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed directly by PhonePe — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
What if my payment fails or gets deducted without confirmation?+
If an amount is deducted but not confirmed, it is auto-refunded by PhonePe within a few business days. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we'll help track it.
